The Bauerfeind Ergopad Ball & Racket Orthotics have been specifically designed to be used for ball and racket sports such as basketball, handball, tennis or squash. These orthopedic insoles relieve the foot and the ankle joint during sudden stop and turn movements. The innovative weightflex core offers light support to the foot arches and improves the natural rolling of the foot during moving. Thanks to the skin friendly polyurethane soft-foam these insoles are particularly thin, but still offer effective shock absorption.

Fast and sudden stop and turning motions are common in hall and ball sports. For feet and leg joints, these movements are very stressful.
The Bauerfeind Ergopad Ball & Racket Orthotics relieves feet and joints. The heel cup offers support to the rear-foot and the ankle joint, while small spots stimulate the feet muscles and therefore train the sensory motor capacities.
The toe piece stretches the smaller toes. This will prevent them from cramping up and make the contact area between your feet and shoes bigger.
The Bauerfeind Ergopad Ball & Racket Orthotics is flexible yet stable
The innovative plastic core - the weightflex X - consists out of two different, secured plastics. These plastic components in combination with the X shape make the core stable and flexible at the same time.
The foot arches are supported without restricting the natural mobility of the foot.

Thanks to the thin processed PU-soft-foam the Bauerfeind Ergopad Ball & Racket Orthotics is very thin and therefore fits in most ball & racket sports shoes without issues.

Which size?
The Bauerfeind Ergopad Ball & Racket Orthotics are suitable for every type of shoe and available in the sizes 2 - 13.
If possible, remove the standard insoles from your shoes and place the Bauerfeind Ergopad Ball & Racket Orthotics with the lightblue side upwards in your shoes.
When in doubt, we advice you to take the bigger size, considering that the insoles can be trimmed to size easily.
