Our Ice Packs / Hot & Cold Packs have been designed to treat minor injuries such as contusions, tendon injuries, swellings and muscle pain. The gel packs are easy to use and can be used both hot and cold. Put the ice pack in the freezer for cooling purposes, or heat it up by shortly putting it in hot water to treat your muscles and injuries.

Instructions:
The Ice Pack can be easily cooled in the freezer or heated in the microwave (shortly on the lowest temperature) or in hot water. Warmth therapy can be applied when suffering from chronic pain but there is no sudden inflammation plus, it also works very calming and relaxing when you're stressed. Cold therapy can be applied after sudden injuries, pain and other disorders. It instantly reduces pain and counteracts the swelling. Never use Ice Packs directly on the skin, but wrap a towel around it to protect your skin.
