Begin by placing the broad band around your foot (over your instep). You then tighten the Velcro, where a ''loop'' on the inside of the foot, and a strip of Velcro on the outside of your foot should be
Then you place the ''sack'' around the toe, placing the soft and thicker part on the inside (Velcro facing outwards)
Finally, you pull the strap (attached to the ''sack'') through the loop (on the inside of the wide band) behind the heel. Afterwards, you can attach the strap to the strip of Velcro on the outside of the foot
