The Herzog Hamstring Sleeve has Pressure Class 1 and is available per piece in the sizes S - XL.
The sleeves are available in 2 colors and in a short and long version (see sizechart).
Measuring point 1 & 2)
For the right size, you are to measure the circumference 2 cm above the kneecap (point 1),
and the circumference 1 cm below the fold of your buttocks(point 2).

Measuring point 3) Below you can check if you need a long or a short Herzog Hamstring Sleeve:
Is the thigh in between the 20 and 25 cm (measured from the groin to the knee)? If so, then buy the short hamstring sleeve. If you measure in between the 26 and the 33 cm, you should choose the long hamstring sleeve.
